Bethany Palmer Recht, a partner at Keating Muething and Klekamp, PLL, has spent more than eight years with the Cincinnati, Ohio, corporate law firm. In this position, she is responsible for managing the interests of trustees of settlement trusts and select settlement funds, as well as other entities operating in mass tort areas, such as lien resolution administrators. Bethany Recht's specific activities at the firm range from claims administration services to overseeing full Medicare compliance.

Prior to joining Keating Muething and Klekamp, PLL, Bethany Recht spent a combined five years as an associate at DLA Piper in Chicago and Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP, in Boston.

Ms. Recht received her juris doctor from Northwestern University School of Law. She also holds a bachelor of arts in history from the University of Michigan. As an undergraduate, she spent time on the University of Michigan Scholarship Committee and as a Detroit Project site leader. While at Northwestern, she functioned as travel chair of International Team Project Chile.
